Indian Numerology

Indian Numerology has been an intact part of Indian astrology, since ancient times. In its most simple of definitions, numerology can be described as the study of numbers in relevance with their impact on the humans and their lives. Most of the people hold immense degree of faith on the principles of Indian numerology, and those principles govern many of their significant life decisions. If you choose to look around yourself, you will find the presence of numbers in each and everything. Time is a number, life is a number, world is a number, and you yourself are a number (and more than that). Apart from these not so commonly identified numbers, there are more common numbers in the form of bank account numbers, car registration number, telephone number, insurance policy number, house number, passport number, and many more. According to Indian numerology, each individual is associated with three classifications of numbers, which are ‘Psychic Number’, ‘Destiny Number’, and ‘Name Number’.

Psychic Number in Indian Numerology

Psychic Number numerology is associated with the basic traits and attributes of an individual. It represents the psychic of an individual, talents possess by him, character of persona, etc. According to Indian numerology, the psychic number numerology of an individual can be obtained by adding up the digits of the birth ‘date’ of a person. For instance, if a person is born on 23rd November, 1989, then his psychic number is 2+3, i.e. 5.

Destiny Number in Indian Numerology

Destiny number numerology is associated with the Samskaras. It represents the outlook of the world towards you. Destiny number also reflects the past actions and Karma of an individual. While many people in their younger age might tend to consider destiny number as unimportant in comparison to psychic number, it is during the period of their age of thirty-five to forty, when they starts realizing the significance of destiny number. Also, it is at that point of time, when psychic number starts losing importance, and destiny number starts gaining importance in one’s life. According to Indian astrology, the destiny number of an individual can be obtained by adding up all the digits of the birthday of a person. For instance, if a person is born on 23rd November, 1989, then his destiny number is 2+3+1+1+1+9+8+9= 34, followed by 3+4, i.e. 7. So, destiny number of that person is 7.
